Position Overview

The Client Support Representative plays an integral operational role within the Client Support team to facilitate revenue cycle tasks under EnableComp’s client service framework. The position primarily entails retrieving and managing medical documentation, supporting inventory reconciliation, and assisting with prebill work queue management. This role operates behind the scenes without direct client contact, with all client communications routed through the Client Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain medical documentation from client systems, including implant invoices, UB-04 forms, EOBs, and medical records.
  • Prepare and submit document requests, persistently tracking outstanding items to secure necessary claim documents.
  • Digitize and securely archive medical and patient health records compliant with company data policies.
  • Compile client reconciliation data from multiple systems into reports for review and resolution workflows.
  • Investigate claims status including closed, returned, and open claims to support reconciliation activities, adjustments, refunds, and rebilling as needed.
  • Manage prebill queues for assigned clients to meet performance KPIs effectively.
  • Collaborate with Client Delivery on operational observations and escalate critical client-impacting issues.
  • Report client system and process inefficiencies to supervisors for corrective action.
  • Identify recurring issues that lead to claim reconciliation discrepancies and support remedial efforts.
  • Maintain real-time and precise documentation within the E360 platform to log all activities.
  • Perform accurate data entry across multiple systems supporting revenue cycle workflows.
  • Assist departmental efforts to ensure smooth workflow progression and interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Adhere to established SOPs and contribute to process enhancement suggestions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED mandatory.
  • Minimum one year’s experience preferred in healthcare operations, revenue cycle, or document management sectors.
  • Knowledge of medical claims processing and payer/provider data flows is advantageous.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be evaluated.
  • Proficient computer skills with familiarity in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
