About the Role
This position is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli, part of the Minor Hotels group, an international hotel owner, operator, and investor with a portfolio exceeding 530 properties globally. The company operates across diverse brands including Anantara, Avani, Elewana, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow and TIVOLI in over 50 countries.
Job Responsibilities
- Anticipate and address guest needs with attentiveness and helpfulness.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel offerings such as room types, rates, amenities, food and beverage services, spa promotions, and other associated properties.
- Take personal accountability for delivering excellent guest service and maintain high standards consistently.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and following up adequately.
- Be proactive and innovative by suggesting alternatives to fulfill guest requirements effectively.
- Foster positive and cooperative relationships with all hotel departments.
- Participate in hotel events, daily shift briefings, and training sessions to enhance professional capabilities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in hotel front office operations is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, and Arabic is considered a plus.
- Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) preferred.
