Job Overview
As a Commis Chef at Hilton in Qatar, you will be integral to providing outstanding hospitality by preparing delicious food and contributing to memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality menu items following designated recipes and quality criteria.

- Execute complex recipes, maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, and oversee execution, quality control, station management, and inventory assessments.
- Inspect all food preparations and dishes before serving to guarantee presentation and quality standards are met.
- Keep food service areas clean, organized, and stocked, adhering strictly to food handling, storage, and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory by preparing requisitions for needed food supplies and materials.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to safeguard guest and staff wellbeing.
