Position Overview
We are searching for a dynamic Community Manager who can significantly influence and engage a community of learners across live webinars and interactive sessions. This role requires holding the attention of audiences, inspiring participation, and providing clear, trusted guidance to learners to help them achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging live webinars, actively teach learners, and promote advanced courses.
- Identify learners' goals and challenges, offering straightforward and actionable advice.
- Manage and cultivate learner communities to foster meaningful participation and interaction.
- Establish trust and credibility to encourage learners to follow through on recommendations.
- Take full responsibility for outcomes including community engagement, webinar attendance, and course sales.
Candidate Profile
- Holds any graduate or postgraduate degree; ability to quickly learn new products is essential.
- A legal degree (LLB/LLM) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in leading webinars, workshops, or managing large communities is highly desirable.
- Active and well-engaged presence on platforms like YouTube or Instagram is a strong bonus.
- Backgrounds such as news anchors, trainers, counselors, teachers, sales professionals, creators, or public speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
