Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our Wholesale Division and contribute across the organization. Reporting directly to the Wholesale Compliance Manager, this role offers an opportunity to lead innovative regulatory policies aimed at enhancing consumer protection and fostering competition. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee adherence to relevant regulatory requirements using data-driven analysis when appropriate.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A Level 8 degree (bachelor’s or higher) in a relevant field such as law, finance, engineering, computer science, information systems, or data science, or closely related discipline.
  • Proven track record in regulatory or white-collar crime investigations and enforcement within regulated sectors like digital services, telecommunications, finance, or healthcare.
  • Demonstrated capacity to complete thorough investigations.
