Overview

Red Engine Team seeks a Content Creator for a fixed-term contract of three months. The role is centered on developing engaging visual content for brands including Red Engine, Electric Shuffle, and Flight Club. This position offers varied day-to-day activities ranging from shooting product visuals and cocktails to capturing live event energy.

Role Responsibilities

• Create video content at venues and live events covering products, cocktails, brand moments, and event highlights.
• Edit raw footage into compelling social media formats such as Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Contribute creatively in brainstorming sessions and planning to enhance project outcomes.
• Monitor social media trends, infuse relevant fresh ideas and content formats to maintain engaging outputs.
• Ensure all content reflects brand consistency and high quality aligned to Flight Club and Electric Shuffle identities.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Lead, Videographer, and Social Media Manager on daily content production.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent visual sensibility including lighting and composition skills.
• Naturally engaged with social media platforms and knowledgeable about content performance drivers.
• Proficient at handling video cameras and quick editing skills.
• Confident on camera with the ability to appear and contribute to content.
• Proactive, self-motivated, with strong teamwork and communication capabilities.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple tasks.
• Idea generator who is confident expressing and sharing creative concepts.
• Experienced in short-form video editing using Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
