Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Content Creator and Creative Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role plays a crucial part in energizing our digital campaigns through the development of engaging social media content, newsletters, blogs, and online advertisements.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching visuals including social media graphics, infographics, banners, and newsletters.
• Assist with the planning, creation, and scheduling of posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, XING (as applicable), and Instagram.
• Manage and update website content using CMS tools like WordPress or HubSpot.
• Support digital campaign execution from conception to operational roll-out.
• Create compelling texts aimed at target audiences for social media, newsletters, blogs, and landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with campaign management, copywriting teams, and external partners.

Candidate Profile

• Completed education or degree in marketing, communication, media design, or graphic design.
• Minimum one year of professional experience in a creative environment such as agencies, marketing departments, or freelancing, preferably in B2B.
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and a structured, independent working approach.
• Strong creative sensibility regarding design, imagery, and storytelling.
• Proficient in Canva and Figma, with solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms including WordPress, Elementor, Typo3 and email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
• Interested in leveraging AI technology for automation and enhancing customer journeys.
• Fluent German skills (C2 level) with good command of English preferred.

Compensation

The annual gross salary range for this full-time position is between 36000 and 51000 EUR. Final remuneration depends on qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
