The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing contract workflows and credentialing of service providers across all departments. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute efficient contract approval workflows.
  • Maintain a well-organized database containing contracts, approvals, and supporting documents with accurate data entries.

  • Create regular and customized contract reports to monitor timelines and terms.
  • Collaborate with finance to validate contract budgets before finalizing agreements.

  • Communicate with vendors to obtain required documents and status updates.
  • Manage service provider credentialing, including overseeing deficiencies and coordinating approval or rejection.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating credentialing standards and coordinate Credentialing Committee meetings.
  • Implement and sustain software solutions for credentialing submissions and tracking.
  • Provide additional administrative and project support tasks as required.

Required Qualifications and Skills
