Job Overview
The role involves overseeing and controlling manufacturing processes from the control room to guarantee safe, stable, and efficient production outcomes. This position requires vigilant monitoring of process parameters via DCS/PLC systems, prompt response to any process deviations, and collaboration with on-ground teams to enable continuous smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise plant operations through DCS/PLC control platforms to maintain stable and productive processes.
- Monitor ongoing process conditions, adjusting operational parameters as necessary to optimize performance.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarm signals and any process interruptions.
- Work closely with operational and maintenance personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Keep detailed and accurate logs of production and operational activities.
- Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and operational protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Industrial Technology disciplines.
- At least three years of experience handling control room operations.
- Practical knowledge of DCS, PLC, and other industrial automation control systems.
- Experience within insulation, glass production, packaging, or power sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical capabilities for troubleshooting and resolving operational problems.
