About the Role
As a Client Services Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager, you will play a key role in managing coordination and administrative tasks, working closely with international exhibitors and suppliers based at our Singapore headquarters. This permanent position involves supporting event and project teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and event logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international exhibitors through emails and teleconferences to manage their requirements.
- Gather and consolidate orders from exhibitors efficiently.
- Handle payment processes and collection activities related to orders.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating matters before the event site and during event days.
- Provide administrative assistance to the project team as needed.
- Coordinate with exhibitors on booth specifications and requirements.
- Relay and brief orders to suppliers accurately.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma holder in Tourism, Events Management, or related fields.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
- Physically capable of working in a standard office environment and using typical office devices including computers; able to attend meetings as required.
- Willing and able to work extended hours, including weekends during events and projects.
