About Vivobarefoot and the Role
Vivobarefoot is dedicated to reversing the damage caused by toxic and sedentary lifestyles that harm both humans and the planet. Our mission is to reconnect individuals with nature and their innate potential. We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the narrative of this movement, as we evolve rapidly from a footwear brand into a global movement.
Role Responsibilities
As Creative Director, you will define and advance Vivobarefoot's creative vision across multiple domains including product design, marketing campaigns, retail presence, community engagement, and impact storytelling. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Regional, and Impact groups to ensure consistent, compelling, and unmistakably Vivobarefoot messaging and creative output.
Candidate Profile
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in creative roles within premium consumer, performance, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Demonstrated success managing both product creative and brand creative initiatives.
- Exceptional ability to harmonize visual storytelling and design principles.
- Experience collaborating intimately with product development and design teams.
- Strong commercial insight into how creativity fuels business growth.
- Proficiency in emerging creative technologies including AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience within footwear, apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors.
- A genuine passion for sustainability, ecological regeneration, and nature-connected living.
