As the company expands, it is focusing on establishing a unique creative identity by recruiting a leader for this purpose.
Role Overview
The Creative Director will take complete responsibility for shaping and guiding the company’s creative vision. This individual will lead the creative team and establish the standard for all brand-related content and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and own the creative direction for all brand channels.
- Lead, mentor, and critically assess the work of designers and content creators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
- Develop content strategies spanning social media, video, and print platforms.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all published materials.
- Present creative concepts and performance reports to the management team.
- Monitor market and design trends to keep the brand competitive and innovative.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a creative role.
- A verified portfolio showcasing campaign and brand work accomplishments.
- Strong expertise in design, visual storytelling, and content creation.
- Proven leadership capabilities to mentor and grow creative teams.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
