Smarts Creator Hub is hiring a Creator Manager to join its London-based team. The role suits someone with a strong interest in the creator economy and influencer-led work, who is ready to take ownership of client accounts and campaign delivery.
This position is for a detail-focused, relationship-driven professional who can manage work independently, build strong partnerships, and look for better ways to deliver results.
What you will do
- Run creator campaigns day to day with guidance from senior colleagues, covering briefing, contracting, content sign-off, and final evaluation.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, giving clear and confident updates on progress and timelines.
- Agree fair fees with creators and talent, while keeping both client value and business margins in mind.
- Monitor budgets carefully, track spend accurately, and highlight any cost issues early.
- Develop lasting relationships with creators, agents, and talent partners through timely and well-managed communication.
- Help junior teammates by assigning tasks clearly, offering support, and encouraging their growth.
- Contribute to new business activity through research, insights, ideas, and pitch support from a creator marketing perspective.
- Strengthen the way campaign impact is measured by contributing to evaluation and reporting that clearly shows value.
