Role Overview

The Customer Care Representative within MAF LifeStyle focuses on enhancing company sales growth and profitability through managing routine activities and guiding associates to elevate performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Relay all personnel, operational, and product-related concerns to the relevant Contact Center supervisor or manager.
• Accurately and efficiently handle all customer requests.
• Strive to fulfill customer expectations by applying all available resolution methods.
• Keep all Contact Center associates informed with pertinent updates.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with company associates and external business contacts.
• Engage actively in team and leadership meetings as required.
• Foster teamwork by collaborating safely, respectfully, effectively, and efficiently with colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a High School Certificate.
• Experience in retail or sales environments.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
• At least one year of practical experience in customer service roles.
