Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through chat, email, or phone to address questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide support relating to product details, order tracking, returns, and other inquiries.
- Offer courteous, clear, and helpful communication to create positive customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and support protocols to ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of one year experience in online or remote customer service, preferably in e-commerce or remote support settings.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify advantageous.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and responsibility in resolving problems.
- Enjoys teamwork and values delivering quality work.
Work From Home Requirements
- Personal computer or laptop, ideally with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
