Role Overview
We seek enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to oversee the Lead Conversion Process focused on skincare and cosmetology services. This position requires managing customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and effectively turning potential leads into in-person appointments through strong communication and relationship management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to skincare and cosmetology service inquiries.
- Understanding customer needs and providing precise details about various treatments and services.
- Converting incoming inquiries into confirmed walk-in appointments, driving lead closure efficiently.
- Handling customer doubts and complaints with professionalism to maintain a positive experience.
- Maintaining detailed call logs and updating customer data within the CRM platform.
- Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality consistently.
Compensation & Working Conditions
- Monthly Salary: ₹21,000
- Work Setting: Onsite at office location
- Working Schedule: 6 days weekly with 1 rotational weekly off
- Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts
Eligibility Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead conversion, customer service, or related roles.
- Background in sales or experience within the cosmetology/skincare field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English plus at least one additional language from Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, or Gujarati.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with effective problem resolution capability.
- Basic familiarity with CRM software and documenting customer interactions.
- Capability to thrive in a target-oriented work environment.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion, or telesales is preferred.
- Knowledge of the beauty, wellness, skincare, or cosmetology industry is a plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive customer relationships.
