Role Summary

We are seeking a DAO Treasury Manager to lead treasury strategy, digital asset research, governance analysis, and financial operations within decentralized autonomous organizations and Web3 ecosystems. This full-time remote position, based in Singapore, focuses on managing DAO treasuries, digital assets, governance frameworks, crypto financial operations, and blockchain-related organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on DAO treasury structures, digital asset allocation, Web3 governance, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, token ecosystems, and crypto financial operations.
Monitor treasury activities including liquidity status, token performance, capital movement, governance proposals, market sentiment, and potential risks across Web3 environments.
Assist in developing treasury strategies, asset allocation analyses, reserve planning, diversification assessments, governance reporting, and operational workflows.
Prepare comprehensive reports on DAO treasury metrics, digital asset strategies, governance summaries, financial updates, market intelligence, and risk evaluations.
Track advancements in decentralized organizations, tokenized communities, DeFi platforms, stablecoin markets, multisignature tools, treasury dashboards, and blockchain networks.
Analyze treasury exposure, assess protocol risks, liquidity requirements, runway planning, token incentives, community funding, and overall DAO financial health.
Collaborate with teams on Web3 product strategies, blockchain research, governance tools, financial operations, and digital asset management efforts.
Maintain detailed records including treasury trackers, governance notes, digital asset watchlists, research files, risk analysis summaries, and Web3 intelligence documentation.

Qualifications

Demonstrated keen interest in DAO treasury management, digital assets, Web3 governance, cryptocurrency, DeFi, stablecoins, and blockchain financial operations.
Familiar with DAO structures, crypto treasury tools, token ecosystems, asset allocation methodologies, blockchain networks, governance forums, or digital asset research techniques.
Understanding of liquidity management, treasury risk, token performance metrics, capital flows, reserve management practices, governance proposals, multisignature workflows, and fundamental DeFi concepts.
Experience with blockchain explorers, treasury dashboards, DeFi analytics, multisignature wallets, governance platforms, market data tools, or Web3 research dashboards is advantageous.
Strong research abilities, analytical thinking, financial strategy development, organizational skills, and effective communication capabilities.
Adept at clearly articulating trends in DAO treasuries, governance decisions, digital asset exposures, and financial operations.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently within a remote work setup.
Prior experience in cryptocurrency treasury, DAO operations, digital asset research, financial operations, Web3 strategy, fintech, or blockchain projects is beneficial.

Compensation

The annual salary ranges from SGD 125,000 to SGD 135,000, depending on prior experience.
