Role Overview
This position calls for driven, customer-oriented professionals to join the energetic operations team. Responsibilities include optimizing employee productivity and facilitating smooth customer interactions by supporting logistics processes across the first mile (product readiness), middle mile (transport to hubs), and last mile (final delivery). Collaboration with quality assurance and data analytics teams is essential to uncover operational enhancements and solve logistical challenges. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, independent working skills under pressure, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly SOX compliance reports involving in-depth dataset reviews, documentation, and implementing necessary corrections.
- Perform targeted research to detect operational bottlenecks, trends, and improvement opportunities through analyzing extensive warehouse data.
- Create and update recurring SQL reports, disseminating insights through email, dashboards, or Excel outputs.
- Engage directly with associates and leaders in Amazon's ReLo warehouse setting to spot data-informed solutions and automation prospects.
- Partner with quality leadership to elevate operational benchmarks and identify defects.
- Support initiatives aiming at process enhancements and resolve logistics-related issues, reporting findings to leadership for sustained excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and competent in data analysis and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, and perform pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching tasks.
- At least 1 year of professional experience or technical skills in complex Excel VBA macros, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Experience in data-based root cause analysis and process optimization highly preferred.
- Preferred candidates have 2+ years using Microsoft Office and understand warehouse or logistics operations.
