Role Overview
The Data Analyst position supports data-driven decision-making within commercial operations by analyzing campaign outcomes and delivering insights that aid client-facing teams. This role enhances client relations and business development by combining analytical skills with business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends and evaluate effectiveness.
- Generate actionable recommendations derived from data analyses.
- Convert complex datasets into clear business narratives supporting strategic objectives and client success.
- Create dashboards and recurring reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with Client Services and Sales teams to provide analytical support during client meetings and business reviews.
- Assess multi-campaign and cross-brand data to guide business development strategies.
- Leverage internal and external data sources to enhance commercial outcomes.
- Ensure data quality through building and validating target lists.
- Develop visualizations and reports tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify and implement process improvements in reporting, including automation and AI tools.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a STEM discipline.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in data, business, or marketing analytics, preferably within consulting or agency environments.
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong skills in SQL for handling complex queries.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted analytics and workflow automation methods.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities to translate data findings into business insights.
- Capability to juggle multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, with placement depending on skills, experience, location, team parity, and growth potential.
