Data Entry Operator

Role Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Operator to manage and update dispatch, shipment, and delivery information effectively within our logistics operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately input and refresh data related to dispatch, shipment, and delivery processes.
• Generate invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch-related documentation.
• Keep comprehensive daily logs of dispatch and logistics activities using Excel or relevant systems.
• Collaborate closely with warehouses, delivery drivers, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor shipment progress and continually update delivery statuses to maintain transparency.
• Ensure all data entries and documentation are completed punctually and without errors.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic data entry skills.
• Proficient typing speed coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and aptitude for coordination among teams.
• Previous experience in dispatch or logistics is considered beneficial but not mandatory.
