Data Entry Specialist

Overview

Netrix Global is looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join the quoting team. This role focuses on precise input, updating, and verification of customer quotes within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and supporting smooth operational workflows and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update quote information in internal platforms.
• Examine source documents, vendor records, and reports to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Detect and resolve simple data inconsistencies, escalating more complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with recurring operational activities and administrative support tasks.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and keep detailed records of completed work.
• Manage electronic filing systems following departmental guidelines.
• Engage with internal teams professionally to address incomplete or unclear data.
• Achieve targeted productivity, quality, and turnaround benchmarks.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks while sustaining quality and concentration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (including filtering, sorting, formulas, data validation), Word, and Teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and seek clarification when necessary.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with handling confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
• Previous roles in data entry, operations, order processing, procurement support, sales support, or administrative assistance preferred.
• Able to work effectively under deadline pressure in a fast-paced setting.
