Data Scientist

Role Overview

This role involves designing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models to support real-time decisions in lending, behavioral analysis, investment, and other banking applications. The position requires managing the complete mathematical modeling cycle to enhance applied banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate, and refine machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Handle data workflows including processing, cleaning, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, testing, and integration into ML-driven systems.
• Assist in testing and deploying ML models.
• Implement advanced data science techniques and tools while continuously enhancing modeling methodologies.
• Work closely with product development teams and IT departments to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematical and Statistical Modeling, IT, or related disciplines.
• At least two years of professional experience in relevant roles.
• Proficient in classical machine learning models and algorithms.
• Strong command of Python programming language.
• Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical abilities and capacity to operate independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Strong work ethic and responsibility.
