Job Overview

We are seeking Delivery Boys to join Blinkit Private Limited in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves collecting groceries or parcels from Blinkit's dark store and delivering them promptly to customers, targeting delivery times of 10 to 20 minutes.

Work Schedule and Location

This is primarily a field-based position requiring a bike or scooter. Flexible shifts are available for morning, evening, and night, with both full-time and part-time options.

Compensation Structure

Payments are calculated per delivery order plus incentives and petrol allowance. Earnings vary based on performance and working hours.

• Per order earning ranges between ₹20 to ₹35.
• Typical monthly income for normal full-time work is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000.
• Performance-based earnings can reach ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 with longer hours.
• Top performers working heavy hours plus incentives may exceed ₹80,000 monthly.

To earn ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, one must:

• Work consistently 10 to 12+ hours daily.
• Complete 25 to 40+ deliveries per day.
• Operate during peak hours such as evenings and nights.
• Be stationed in busy city areas.
• Benefit from incentives and bonuses on top of base pay and petrol allowance.

Note that income is not fixed and depends on order availability, area demand, working hours, and personal expenses like fuel. Some days may yield lower earnings.

Example Earnings

A typical day with 30 orders might yield ₹750 from deliveries plus ₹200 to ₹500 in incentives, summing up to around ₹900 to ₹1,200 daily. Over 26 working days, monthly earnings may range from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 for average performers.

Candidate Requirements

• Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
• Possession of an Android smartphone is necessary to use the Blinkit Partner App.
• Valid Aadhaar, PAN card, and bank account required for payments.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
