Compensation and Earnings

Income is based on a per-order model combined with incentives and petrol allowance; it is not a fixed salary. Estimated earnings per order range from ₹20 to ₹35.

• Typical monthly income ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 for normal full-time hours.
• High performers working longer hours can earn between ₹40,000 and ₹70,000 per month.
• Heavy workload and incentive bonuses can push monthly earnings beyond ₹80,000.

To achieve earnings of ₹40,000 to ₹50,000, the following conditions are generally necessary:

• Work 10 to 12 or more hours daily.
• Complete 25 to 40 or more orders per day.
• Operate primarily during peak hours such as evenings or nights.
• Be located in a busy, high-demand urban area.

Example of daily earnings: 30 orders × ₹25 = ₹750 plus incentives of ₹200 to ₹500 totals around ₹900 to ₹1,200, resulting in approximately ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 monthly on a 26-day work schedule.
