Delivery Driver

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver at GSF Car Parts, you will be a vital member of the team, representing our brand by delivering automotive parts to customers and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Your role includes providing valuable customer feedback to ensure we consistently meet delivery commitments and uphold our service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers within a 40-mile radius of the branch
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
• Communicate relevant customer and competitor insights back to the branch
• Load your vehicle following company procedures
• Handle customer returns when required
• Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks
• Support warehouse operations as needed
• Assist with inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Work Schedule

Work an average of 41 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays included.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Have at least 3 years of driving experience
• Possess detailed knowledge of the local area within a 40-mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driving experience is essential
• Demonstrate understanding of the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to meet deadlines with punctuality and time-management skills
• Customer-oriented, motivated to achieve results and willing to go above and beyond
