Role overview

Cascades Data Solutions India is hiring a Design Engineer to work from Bengaluru on the development of engineering components and production-ready design outputs. The role focuses on creating and refining plastic, sheet metal, and Windchill-related parts using Creo, while supporting delivery against customer expectations and technical standards.

Responsibilities

Develop plastic, sheet metal, and Windchill components using Creo-based design tools.
Work closely with teams across functions to make sure the design output aligns with client needs and applicable industry standards.
Prepare detailed designs, technical drawings, and supporting documentation for manufacturing use.
Identify design-related problems and improve the design for easier and more efficient manufacturability.

Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience in design engineering, with hands-on exposure to plastic design, sheet metal design, or Windchill component development.
Strong working knowledge of Creo is mandatory.
Familiarity with SolidWorks will be considered an advantage.
Experience delivering large projects with several stakeholders and demanding timelines.

Eligibility

Graduation is not required for this role.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 5,00,000 to 9,00,000 per year.
