About the Role

Are you an experienced graphic designer with a passion for creating social media and programmatic display ads? Do you enjoy leveraging creative automation and artificial intelligence tools? Join our enthusiastic creative team at s360, expanding our London studio and collaborating with renowned brands such as Wrangler, New Era, Joe & The Juice, LEGO House, and Nuxe.

Key Responsibilities

Create static and motion advertisements designed to generate clicks and conversions for various clients across paid social and programmatic channels.
Utilize and master creative automation platforms like Smartly.io and Celtra to efficiently generate multiple ad variations from a single design.
Handle shopping and product feeds such as Shoptimised to produce dynamic product ads tailored to diverse audiences, products, regions, seasonal promotions, and messaging.
Build scalable content pipelines by pioneering autonomous creative systems that use AI and automation tools to create a high volume of ad variants efficiently.
Maintain direct client communication to present design strategies and ensure creative work aligns with commercial objectives.

Team and Culture

You will be part of a close-knit London-based studio team of five creatives who value continuous learning, collaboration, and fun. Enjoy company-wide events including surprise treats, team activities, charity events, celebrations, and an annual UK team retreat. Connect with a broader network of over 25 creatives across multiple European cities for support and inspiration.

Candidate Profile

3 to 5 years of experience in graphic or digital design, either agency-based or in-house.
A strong enthusiasm for using AI-driven tools for rapid design reversioning and innovative generative design.
Proficiency in creative software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
Familiarity at a beginner level with platforms such as Smartly.io or Celtra for automation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
