Role Overview
As the Digital Solutions Manager, you will shape and lead the digital strategy for crucial programs by bridging technology direction with operational objectives and broader transformation goals. This position requires collaborating with business, delivery, and technical teams to translate complex requirements into effective and scalable digital solutions that advance program planning, execution, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer digital transformation efforts across infrastructure and social development initiatives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of technology solutions.
- Develop digital strategies in line with organizational ambitions and Vision 2030.
- Manage vendor interactions, oversee solution deployment, and continuously refine system performance.
- Recognize opportunities to improve processes using data analytics, automation, and digital tools.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs in complex settings.
- Background in delivering digital systems within construction, infrastructure, or built environment sectors.
- Proficiency in designing, integrating, automating, and enhancing digital solutions.
- Able to align IT strategy with business priorities and national transformation objectives.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with BIM or digital delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Technical expertise in .NET, JavaScript, or Python programming languages.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and ETL for data processes.
- Capability to engage executive leadership, project teams, vendors, and client-side infrastructure stakeholders effectively.
