About Riyadh Air

Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Director of Talent Development to engineer the learning framework and develop a future-ready workforce for our airline. This leadership role focuses on cultivating a safety-driven, high-performance culture by delivering impactful learning through blended, digital, simulation, and experiential methods specific to aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the enterprise-wide Learning & Development strategy to drive organizational safety, performance, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assure leadership continuity, compliance with regulations, and readiness across all operational areas.
- Create an integrated learning ecosystem combining leadership growth, safety and compliance training, operational excellence, and digital proficiency.
- Manage and optimize the Talent Development budget to ensure efficient allocation and measurable return on investment.
- Monitor and report on critical KPIs such as bench strength, capability preparedness, and effectiveness of learning programs.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory bodies including ICAO, IATA, and GACA by embedding compliance systematically into training frameworks and governance.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a relevant degree with a minimum of 10 years leadership experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, demonstrating strategic policy interpretation and execution over medium to long term.
- Bilingual skills, particularly Arabic and English, and Saudi nationality are highly preferred.
