About the Role

Join the AMANO Group and be part of a revolutionary transformation in hospitality as a Distribution Coordinator (m/w/d). This role involves strategic oversight and enhancement of all online distribution channels across the hotel group.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically manage and optimize all online sales platforms of the hotel chain.
Oversee and enhance the connections with OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, HRS, along with GDS, wholesalers, and metasearch platforms.
Maintain and control rates, availabilities, restrictions, and content using the channel manager.
Ensure rate parity and adherence to distribution strategies.
Analyze individual sales channels’ performance using crucial KPIs.
Identify new distribution partners and potential market opportunities.
Collaborate closely with revenue management, marketing, reservations, and e-commerce teams.
Improve direct sales via the hotel website and booking engine.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and costs related to distribution.
Support system integrations and the development of PMS, CRS, and channel management systems.
Generate regular reports and actionable insights for management.
Prepare detailed statistics and market analyses.

Candidate Profile

Several years of professional experience in reservation, distribution, or revenue management.
Excellent knowledge of channel managers and systems such as PMS, CRS, and booking engines.
Deep familiarity with OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia Group, HRS, and ideally GDS systems.
Strong analytical and data-focused mindset.
Highly structured, meticulous, and dependable in work approach.
Strong affinity for digital distribution channels and hospitality technologies.
Proficient user of Excel and reporting tools.
Fluent in German and English.
Independent, organized, and solution-oriented working style.
Effective communicator with enthusiasm for collaborating across multiple hotels and departments.

Additional Preferred Skills

Experience with platforms like MEWS, SiteMinder, Duetto, or ihotelier.
Basic knowledge of revenue management.
Understanding of OTA, wholesale or tour-operator processes.
Insight into pricing, yield, or distribution strategies.
