Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct uploading, classification, version control, and adherence to project documentation standards.
  • Manage all project documents using Autodesk Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and other document management systems.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approval workflows, transmittals, and submissions to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and resolve document workflow challenges proactively.
  • Compile, prepare, and distribute project reports, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in document control and information management methods.
  • Provide administrative assistance to programme leadership including managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and taking minutes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails to ensure governance, compliance, and quality assurance.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record as a Document Controller, Technical Administrator, or in a related role within construction, engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
