Role Overview
We are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to drive the daily digital retail operations and growth across international markets. This position involves managing Amazon storefronts in multiple countries, supporting other e-commerce platforms and website enhancements, along with executing SEO and customer experience strategies. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Director, you will help improve online sales, brand presence, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time 12-month contract position based in Woodbridge, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations for Amazon and other key online retailers such as Walmart.com and Target.com, including SKU setup, catalog maintenance, listing and content updates, and technical troubleshooting.
- Create and update product detail pages, enhanced content, and brand stores to boost product discovery and sales conversion.
- Monitor account health indicators, fulfillment metrics, inventory status, and inform relevant teams of any concerns.
- Assist with promotional campaigns including Lightning Deals, Subscribe & Save programs, coupons, Prime Day, and seasonal offers.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, customer reviews, and trends, summarizing insights for the team.
- Stay informed about Amazon algorithms and marketplace developments and share updates.
- Evaluate potential e-commerce marketplaces and digital retail prospects.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to implement website and e-commerce enhancements.
- Support SEO strategies, content optimization, and manage digital merchandising efforts.
- Assist in managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including monitoring performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, and support keyword research and bidding strategies.
- Coordinate with creative partners to develop effective advertising and promotional content.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports covering sales, advertising, inventory, pricing, and website data.
- Analyze data to provide insights for pricing, promotions, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and assist with business forecasting.
- Support trade show planning, promotional events, and special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar field; internships or co-op terms included.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (3P) and/or Vendor Central (1P) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising platforms and other online retailers like Walmart and Target is beneficial.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and enthusiasm for learning in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
- Basic understanding of Amazon's ecosystem including Seller/Vendor Central, brand analytics, advertising console, FBA operations, and A+ Content with a readiness to deepen expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas and pivot tables.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Exposure to ecommerce reporting tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of ecommerce SEO principles with interest in applying this to product listings and marketplace content.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting data and updates to internal teams.
Additional Details
- Travel availability required both domestically and internationally using vehicles, planes, or trains. Candidate must hold a valid passport and driver's license.
- Compliance with health protocols such as vaccination and masking is mandatory.
- Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year with additional bonus potential.
