Role Overview

We are recruiting an English Tutor specialized in O-Level and A-Level curricula to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves designing lesson materials consistent with our curriculum and conducting classes for small groups as well as one-on-one sessions.

Work Schedule

• Wednesday to Friday: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm, including a 1-hour daily break
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, including a 1-hour daily break
• Monday and Tuesday are rest days
• Applicants should be committed to working this weekly schedule long term

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson notes that align with the curriculum
• Deliver English lessons for O-Level and A-Level students both in group formats and one-on-one settings

Compensation

• Monthly base salary ranging from $3,000 to $4,500, dependent on experience and interview results
• An additional $120 per month for each full group class (6 students, 2 hours per session)
• A $240 monthly bonus for maintaining a full class continuously for six months or longer
• An extra $60 per month for each one-to-one student

Career Progression

Tutors can advance through roles such as Senior Tutor, Curriculum Lead, and eventually Head of O-Level English, with each advancement offering a 10-20% salary increase.
