Daley And Associates, LLC is collaborating with a respected investment management firm to recruit an Executive Assistant based in Chicago, Illinois. This role involves hybrid work, requiring four days onsite weekly, and offers a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
Role Summary
The successful candidate will provide high-level support to four senior executives, including the Head of the Chicago office, within a dynamic client-facing team. This position suits an individual who thrives in a fast-paced and team-oriented atmosphere, capable of efficiently organizing executive schedules and facilitating smooth operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling for multiple senior leaders.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings and company events.
- Arranging travel plans and processing expense reports.
- Maintaining Salesforce database entries (preferred but not mandatory).
- Preparing materials required for meetings and assisting with executive communications.
- Providing general administrative support to support office expansion.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple executive calendars simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A proactive, detail-focused, and customer service-oriented approach.
