Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intricate calendars and schedule appointments for VP-level executives, accommodating global time zones and public holidays.
• Organize meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and liaising with involved partners.
• Arrange both domestic and international travel plans, including detailed itineraries and necessary pre-trip briefings.
• Compose and manage confidential internal communications, facilitating various requests and approvals.
• Assist in executing special projects and help organize team and company-wide events.

Professional Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in administrative roles.
• At least two years supporting senior executives at VP level or higher.
• Proven expertise in managing calendars for high-level leadership.
• Skilled in coordinating travel and preparing accompanying documentation.
• Experienced in planning and coordinating meetings and events.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key collaborators.
• Capability to act as a proxy or advisor for executive correspondence and approvals.
• Experience mentoring fellow administrative staff.
• Proficient in implementing technology protocols for communication and record management.
• Experienced in organizing speaking engagements and preparing executives for such events.
