Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly independent Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This full-time remote position entails managing the personal and administrative tasks behind the scenes to allow the CEO to lead effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for the CEO's personal matters, including acting as a gatekeeper and liaison with family, vendors, and external contacts.
• Handle personal paperwork, logistics, and requests that may arise beyond standard working hours and across different time zones.
• Collaborate with the Executive Assistant who manages business priorities, focusing mainly on relieving personal workload tasks for the CEO.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours, being responsive during core times while accommodating occasional evening or weekend needs.
• Split time evenly between personal assistant duties and executive assistant support tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently, make good decisions, and advance tasks with little supervision.
• Maintain discretion and professional composure when dealing with sensitive information.
• Anticipate needs proactively and remain calm under unexpected circumstances.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with family members, vendors, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and adeptness at prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
