We are looking for a knowledgeable Liability Adjuster to handle Employers' Liability, Public Liability, and Motor claims across Meath, Dublin, and the East Coast areas. Core Duties

  • Exercise sound judgement and initiative to provide exemplary service standards.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience handling liability claims.
  • Possession of a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) qualification is mandatory; additional certifications such as APA or ACII are highly regarded.
  • Must hold a valid full driving licence as the role requires travel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Employers' Liability and Occupiers' Liability principles, along with relevant legislation.
  • A solid grasp of practical and legal frameworks underpinning Motor, Employers' Liability, and Public Liability claims.
  • Experience with Product Liability claims is an advantageous addition to core expertise.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
