Field Executive

Overview

WeVOIS Labs Private Limited is seeking a proactive Field Executive to oversee daily field operations in Bharatpur. The role requires candidates with a solid background in logistics and hands-on experience managing field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage and supervise daily field activities.
• Oversee and coordinate on-site manpower teams.
• Liaise with government representatives, local ward parshads, and authorities.
• Promptly resolve grievances and complaints raised by citizens.
• Ensure smooth implementation of operations in the field.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience in field operations or logistics management.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Preference given to candidates based locally in Hisar.
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing teams on the ground.

Compensation & Benefits

• Attractive monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000.
• Fuel allowance compliant with company policy (allowance calculated at 40 km per litre).
