Finance Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee all financial management activities, ensure regulatory compliance within Saudi Arabia, and contribute to strategic financial planning. This leadership role demands a seasoned professional with extensive finance, accounting, and management experience to promote business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare and supervise financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and track budget adherence.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Manage payroll, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations including ZATCA mandates, VAT, Corporate Income Tax where applicable, and financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate and address findings from internal and external audits promptly.
• Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Conduct financial forecasting, analysis, and profitability assessments to aid strategic decisions.
• Identify financial risks and propose effective mitigation.
• Maintain banking relationships and negotiate financing when needed.
• Monitor financial KPIs and advise on continual improvements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to elevate performance and foster professional growth.
• Collaborate with various department heads to optimize costs and enhance financial outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, governance, and legal standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National with minimum 15 years progressive experience in finance, accounting, and financial management.
• At least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are highly valued.
• Minimum 10 years relevant finance experience including leadership roles.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations required.
