Financial Analyst - AI Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to contribute to the training of AI models. In this position, you will assess and enhance the performance of AI chatbots by analyzing their logic and solving issues to improve model quality. This opportunity involves working on advancing AI assistants designed for finance professionals by applying your finance expertise and advanced academic background (MBA or higher).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your knowledge and experience to verify the soundness and accuracy of AI-generated financial analyses.
• Challenge AI models with intricate, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess the robustness of their reasoning.
• Provide detailed, organized feedback to enhance AI model intelligence and reliability.
• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex financial problems and assess their outputs.
• Judge the correctness and performance quality of AI-generated analyses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent English skills at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, data interpretation, and logical reasoning in finance management contexts.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a Master's degree or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Information

• This role is an independent contractor position based in Canada; only Canadian applicants will be considered.
• Compensation is hourly, ranging from $50 to over $100 per hour, with potential bonuses on select projects.
• Payments are processed through PayPal, including currency conversions from USD.
• Work schedule and project selection are flexible, enabling you to work from home on your own computer at chosen times.
