About Mindrift and the Role
Mindrift connects specialists with cutting-edge AI technology projects, aiming to enhance AI development through expert collaboration worldwide. We are currently seeking a talented Presentation Designer to contribute to the Tendem initiative, crafting professional and impactful presentation materials that effectively communicate complex ideas with clarity and creativity. This remote part-time role suits creative professionals experienced in visual storytelling and information design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling pitch decks and sleek one-page presentations customized for diverse audiences.
- Transform intricate data into clear visual narratives emphasizing minimalism and well-structured information hierarchies.
- Enhance presentations with curated fonts, fluid animations, and consistent visual aesthetics.
- Maintain a refined, persuasive, and sophisticated corporate-creative style throughout all deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks ensuring alignment, pacing, and strict adherence to branding standards before submission.
Qualifications and Experience
- Preferably at least two years of relevant experience in graphic or presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative disciplines is advantageous.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-level presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations, reflecting strong pacing, storytelling skills, and refined information design.
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency with presentation platforms such as PowerPoint and Keynote for crafting intricate, dynamic, and elegantly animated decks.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for designing custom graphics and layouts.
- Competence in converting complex information and multi-tiered data into minimalist, engaging visual stories.
- Expertise in typography and animation, including the use of custom fonts and smooth transitions to produce premium quality outputs.
Additional Expectations
- Experience producing premium corporate-creative design layouts with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to independently resolve design challenges.
- English language proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher is mandatory.
- Applicants must submit a CV containing a portfolio link showcasing high-end presentations and data visualizations; applications lacking this will not be examined.
Project Time and Compensation
Project workloads typically require 10-20 hours weekly during active phases; this varies and is not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to 45 USD per hour depending on expertise level and contribution speed. Remuneration may vary across different projects based on complexity and scope.
