Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our expanding team. This role involves creating user-friendly, scalable, and accessible web interfaces for our healthcare clearinghouse platform. You'll work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to develop, test, and refine features that enhance user experience and system stability. Your work will include building reusable components, contributing to the design language system, and maintaining high engineering standards, thus directly impacting healthcare data exchange and interoperability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with design, product, and backend teams to create responsive and accessible web applications.
- Develop scalable and reusable React components following best practices.
- Enhance and sustain the company's design language system to ensure visual consistency.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain quality standards.
- Optimize frontend features for enhanced performance, reliability, and usability.
- Continuously learn and apply new frontend technologies and trends.
- Support deployment processes and monitor frontend applications in production.
- Promote a culture of engineering excellence through teamwork and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in frontend development within dynamic, technology-driven environments.
- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript programming languages.
- Proficient with React, Next.js, and other modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience in UI testing, CSS-in-JS methodologies, and server-side rendering.
- Capability to establish and manage build, testing, and deployment pipelines for production systems.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Driven by curiosity and a keen interest in the fundamentals of technology and design.
