About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Application Developer with expertise in AI technologies to join our team focused on educational technology. The position involves creating and sustaining mobile applications aimed at children's learning, interactive activities, and enabling better parent engagement. You will also be responsible for developing and enhancing the company’s website, user portals, and overall digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage mobile apps tailored for children’s educational content and parent interaction.
- Design and continuously improve websites, user portals, and other digital platforms.
- Integrate AI-powered functionalities utilizing tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, and similar emerging AI technologies.
- Embed interactive learning components, including quizzes, games, videos, and personalized experiences for users.
- Maintain platforms by addressing bugs, performing timely updates related to security, and optimizing performance.
- Develop backend APIs, database solutions, management dashboards, and analytics systems to ensure seamless platform operations.
- Enhance customer acquisition and retention through SEO strategies, site speed improvements, and AI-driven automation.
- Work collaboratively with content creators, child psychologists, design professionals, and marketing teams to produce innovative educational digital products.
- Keep abreast of advancements in AI tools, app development frameworks, and web technologies to elevate platform capabilities.
Skills and Experience
- Between 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in Flutter or React Native for mobile development.
- Strong knowledge of React and Next.js for frontend web development.
- Backend experience with Node.js or Python.
- Database management skills in MySQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Version control expertise with Git and designing RESTful APIs.
- Experience incorporating AI functionalities into applications.
- Background in educational technology, gamification, or interactive learning platforms is advantageous.
