Key Responsibilities

Utilize tools such as Git, Jira, and PhpStorm efficiently within daily workflows.
Apply strong analytical skills to devise effective solutions and confidently defend these approaches.
Demonstrate eagerness to both learn from peers and assist colleagues in enhancing their knowledge.
Ensure developed software solutions maintain high maintainability and perform robustly under load.
Engage comprehensively in the full software development life cycle including researching, designing, developing, and deploying solutions.

Candidate Requirements

Several years of experience working with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset for innovation and improvement suggestions.
Some foundational experience in frontend development.
Excellent communication skills including fluency in English; German language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of RESTful services and PHP Standards Recommendations (PSR).
