Job Overview

As a Functional Consultant at HighRadius, you will take ownership of implementing the HighRadius Cloud products for Fortune 2000 clients worldwide. This role demands delivering high-quality projects that maximize customer satisfaction within stipulated timelines. You will act as the primary point of contact during crucial phases including Build, Testing, and Hypercare, ensuring smooth client engagement. To excel, candidates need to be detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess exceptional communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process of HighRadius Cloud products for global Fortune 2000 clients.
  • Create and run SQL scripts for data retrieval and system configuration tasks.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle stages such as Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, effectively conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Technical, and QA teams to ensure project success and adherence to agreed KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough testing of end-to-end process workflows, provide practical end-user training, and validate achievement of value outcomes.
  • Keep project leaders informed about any risks or issues that might impact implementation progress.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of professional services experience, preferably with exposure to international clients and projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and functional consulting experience.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Business Analysis and relevant domain knowledge; team player mindset.
  • Experience or knowledge in Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes will be advantageous.
