Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an AI strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to AI engineers, developers, and technical teams.
- Establish and enforce AI engineering best practices, governance protocols, and responsible AI guidelines.
- Architect enterprise-grade AI solutions that integrate React front-end interfaces and .NET back-end services.
- Design scalable frameworks for machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation applications.
- Work collaboratively with enterprise architects to assure security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
- Create, train, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models including those based on large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, and conversational AI.
- Develop prompt engineering methodologies and evaluation frameworks for generative AI applications.
- Implement ongoing model monitoring, optimization, and performance management strategies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI-enabled opportunities and translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Present AI roadmaps, architectural designs, and project outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Over a decade of software engineering experience.
- At least four years of leadership in AI/ML or generative AI initiatives.
- Proficiency with React and .NET application development ecosystems.
- Experience deploying enterprise-level AI solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
