General Farm Worker

Overview

This role requires hands-on work at the farm location with no remote work option. The environment includes outdoor settings with exposure to dust and varying weather conditions. Work involves grain and miscellaneous crop farming activities.

Responsibilities

• Remove brush and debris from fields, pens, and work areas
• Maintain the apiary and all associated beekeeping tools
• Ensure all farm safety measures and bio-security protocols are observed
• Carry out various general duties as assigned on the farm

Requirements

• Between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience
• Specialized knowledge in apiary management and honey harvesting
• Familiarity with agricultural product processing, including extraction and processing procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding outdoor setting
