Role Responsibilities

• Assist Art Directors by preparing files and modifying designs for various media including email, social channels, video, websites, and traditional direct marketing materials.
• Develop and execute design ideas and layouts under Art Director guidance, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all projects and outputs.
• Work closely with Studio teams to verify all technical criteria are fulfilled.
• Accept and apply feedback promptly while maintaining a cooperative and positive demeanor.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary studies in Graphic Design or related fields.
• Proven capability to juggle multiple assignments of varying difficulty, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in key design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Excellent attention to fine details.
• Familiarity with web development practices including responsive design, HTML5, and CSS.

Additional Details

This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring employees to be present at our Toronto office three days per week.
