Role overview
Belmond is hiring a Guest Experience Coordinator for the Royal Scotsman train in Scotland. The position supports the full guest-services operation and is focused on delivering an exceptional level of care, smooth service delivery, and strong guest satisfaction. You will partner closely with the Operations Manager and help uphold high standards while bringing cultural awareness, creativity, and a genuine enthusiasm for luxury travel and storytelling.
What you will do
- Act as a point of contact for guest communication and make sure requests are dealt with correctly.
- Keep guest profiles accurate and current.
- Assist with guest reservations and related coordination.
- Arrange transport for guests and support check-in and departure procedures.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for Royal Scotsman operations.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a comparable position, ideally in luxury hospitality. A background in hospitality management, tourism, or business studies is preferred. The role also calls for strong communication, organisation, and administration abilities, along with creativity, innovation, and a working knowledge of MS Office.
