Position Overview
At Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, the Guest Experience Expert plays a vital role not only in facilitating smooth guest check-ins and check-outs but also in creating an unforgettable and personalized experience for each visitor. This role involves proactively delivering a variety of services throughout the guest's stay, assisting with operational tasks, responding to guest requests, generating necessary reports, and sharing insights about local attractions. The Guest Experience Expert operates with the freedom to manage their workspace effectively to ensure excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and provide comprehensive support services to guests during their entire stay.
- Handle operational requirements including completing reports and managing guest requests efficiently.
- Promote local area highlights to enrich the guest experience.
- Maintain professionalism in attire, communication, and conduct at all times.
- Contribute to a safe working environment by complying with company policies, protecting assets, and safeguarding confidentiality.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling objects up to 10 pounds as part of daily duties.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- No professional licenses or certifications necessary.
- Commitment to uphold company policies, quality standards, and confidentiality.
